1. First Out AI plans bought online
First Out AI is sold online by Paddle as merchant of record, so refund requests are decided and paid by Paddle under its buyer refund policy. To make a request, use the link in your Paddle receipt or go to paddle.net. You can also write to contact@firstout.ai with your order reference.
- Statutory rights: where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, for example in the EU, UK or Türkiye, that right applies as Paddle's policy describes. The right to withdraw from a digital service can end once you have started using it, if you agreed to this at checkout.
- Other requests: any other refund is at Paddle's discretion and must be made within 14 days of the payment. A request made in time is not a guarantee of a refund.
- Defects: if First Out AI does not work as described, tell us first at contact@firstout.ai. If the defect cannot be fixed, we will support your refund request to Paddle for the affected period.
- Renewals: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future payments; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
When a refund is paid, the licence key and any member keys stop working. Download your projects first if you want to keep them. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Plans bought by quote and invoice
Refunds for Project Pass, Team or Enterprise orders paid by invoice follow the written agreement for that order. Where the agreement says nothing, a refund is given only if the defect described above cannot be fixed, for the affected period.
3. Engineering engagements
Consulting and engineering work is billed under the accepted proposal, which sets out payment and cancellation terms.
