Procurement
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes, for Project Pass, Team and Enterprise. Send your requirements and you'll receive a formal quote. Pay against the invoice by bank transfer.
Who issues the invoice, and is tax included?
Online purchases are handled by a merchant of record that issues the invoice and applies VAT or sales tax for your country. Prices shown exclude tax.
Do you offer a trial?
The Free plan stays free and needs no account. Try it on your own functions first; paid plans add the full results and modules. For a short evaluation of a paid plan, ask for a trial key. Refunds follow the refund policy. For a Team or Enterprise evaluation, ask for a trial key.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid month. Annual plans run until the end of the paid year.
